MISSION

Maintaining personal service that is efficient, effective in accordance with law and regulations as may be prescribed.

 

VISION

Best personnel service for staff of Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah (HSB). 

 

OBJECTIVES

o    To determine the administration of Human Resources Unit can be implemented in an efficient, orderly and effective.

o    Responsible for personnel management are maintained in accordance with the laws and regulations that have been set.

o    Enhance the knowledge and instill a positive attitude among staff with the implementation of HSB quality training.

 

CLIENT CHARTER

1. Personnel

o    Submit application and additional creation of new positions under the annual ABM to JKN Kedah at the latest 30th April of current year.

2. Certificate of Appointment Confirmation / Confirmation of Service / Grant Pension Status

o    Certificate of official confirmation of the appointment / confirmation of service / pension status of officers / staff will be submitted to the parties within fourteen (14) days from the date the documents are complete.

3. Acting, Promotion and Applications Work

o    The acting and the promotion of officers / staff will be processed within fourteen (14) days after the documents are complete.

o    Managing the applications work will be processed and forwarded to JKN Kedah within fourteen (14) days from receipt of completed application.

 

4. Property declaration

o    Managing property declaration to be completed within one (1) month.

5. Discipline

o    Managing disciplinary action will be processed within two (2) months after the complete document.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Human Resources Unit is responsible for personnel services as follows:

 

Personnel Management

·         Occupancy / vacancy, new employment application, monthly report and update HRMIS personnel profile

Management Service / Personnel         

·         Confirmation of appointment, confirmation of service, admission to the pension office, promotion, salary increment, retirement, resignation, leave, gazetting medical officer, annual practicing certificate, overseas visits and report changes (Kew.8).

Management Training

·         Course, In-Service Course, Examination, Elective Post, and Report Mycpd Course
