MAIN CLIENT CHARTER

1. We pledge to provide professional, safe, friendly, caring and high quality services.

     Priority will be given to critical & semi critical cases in the Emergency & Trauma Department with the allocated waiting time as follows

       - Critical Case (Red Zone) will be treated immediately.

       - Semi Critical Case (Yellow Zone) will be treated within 15 minutes.

       - Other Case (Green Zone) will be treated based on the condition of the patient.

 

2. Information will be provided to the clients about the disease and treatment

 

3. High confidentiality ofpersonal information, disease and treatment of patient. We pledge to provide professional, safe, friendly, caring and high quality services.

 

4. Availability of clean,comfortable adn safe facilities and environment.

 

 

FRONT LINE CLIENT CHARTER

We pledge to provide professional, safe, friendly, caring and high quality services, namely:

 

1. Specialist service will be provided by turn taking and/or based on the condition of patient.

 

2. Service priority will be given to children, pregnant mothers, senior citizens and disabled people.

 

3. Information will be provided to the clients about the disease and treatment.

 

4. Highly confidentiality of personal information, disease and treatment of patient.

 

5. Availability of clean, comfortable and safe facilities and environment.
